Moscow, Russia's economic and political capital, is also the country's premiere trade fair location. More than 50 percent of all the net exhibition space in Russia is concentrated in the city. Around 60 percent of all Russian trade fairs take place here.
Moscow has incredible pulling power as a business centre. The city numbers more than 400,000 businesses, and most foreign companies also choose Moscow as their central base. The following future reflects this economic dynamism: Moscow has a share of over twelve percent in the country's GDP.
